Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, a picture of the product(s) you are returning must be provided. The product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and/or unopened with original seal intact, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will provide instructions on where to send return packages. Products that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
